Books & month close
Closing a month freezes every rep's sales for it. From then on the dashboard shows the
frozen number, not a fresh pull — so removing a customer later can’t rewrite a
closed month’s history. Finished months lock on their own; reopen one if you need a
correction to flow through, then resume.
Deleted records
Warranty claims, registrations and CS claims you delete land here. Restore puts a record
back exactly as it was, with its notes and photos. After 30 days it is purged for good.
How access works
Every person is set by two separate questions. Whose numbers can they see — everyone,
just their own, or only the reps you tick. And what can they open and do — the
checklist. Picking a role only fills those in as a starting point; you can change any
single box afterwards.
Managing users is deliberately not one of the checkboxes — it stays with Supervisor, so no
combination of ticks can lock you out of this page.
